kale salad
1 large bunch kale chopped
2 or 3 carrots shredded
1 red pepper
1 cup sliced almonds dressing
3/4 cup olive oil
1 small shallot minced
3 tbs fresh ginger root, peeled then minced
1 clove garlic sliced
3 tbs fresh lime juice
2 tbs rice wine vinegar
2 tbs toasted sesame oil
3 tbs chopped cilantro
zest of 1 lime black pepper
and salt to taste combine,

dress and let sit for at least an hour
