I tested this one and thought it was quite good.
2 (6 oz.) cans solid white meat tuna in water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup minced celery
2 Tbs. red onion-minced
2 Tbs. minced parsley
2Tbs. fresh lemon juice
2 tbs. minced dill or sweet pickles
1/2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. Dijon mustard
frisk tuna apart with your hands and add all but mayo and mustard--then complete!
