A very long dog

Someone's taken to their new pet bed after the old one was totally heisted!

"cultured"

A great video on a woman who is passionate about pickling! Something I would like to learn more about and maybe even try.

Coconut Tips!

Try using coconut oil to make popcorn
roast sweet taties
and
cook onions
See article in NYtimes that provides Another reminder to have an independent approach to "food rules"

Use coconut water to make veggie juice smoothies with bananas.

Mix coconut oil with olive oil and lavender flowers and simmer ever so gently for half an hour for an after bath oil that smells like creme brulee!
